Osha is traditionally used for treating upper respiratory infections. Osha is considered a powerful antiviral and antibacterial herb. It may be used for respiratory complaints such as: head colds with dry or wet coughs, irritating coughs, bronchial infections and sore throats. It may also be used to treat the flu, fevers, indigestion and delayed menses.*
