There are many herbs that can be taken by children. Lemon Balm, Chamomille, and Catnip are often thought of as children's herbs, but other herbs can be safe and effective for treating common childhood complaints such as colic, colds, teething and irritability. When the adult dosage is 1 teaspoon, or 60 drops:
